Portable Vibrometer with Auto-Diagnostics
ABLE Handy S is a new generation, cloud-connected, smart, portable vibrometer with auto-diagnostic features.
ASCRIBO® is the developer of the autonomous vibration analysis algorithm that has been academically-proven to eliminate human intervention in vibration analysis. Our S-Class products can communicate with ASCRIBO servers over the internet and analyze vibration data autonomously within seconds.
ABLE Handy S is built on three elements: a fully wireless, tri-axial, MEMS, vibration & temperature sensor, the ABLE Sensor; a free-to-download mobile application (the ABLE Handy S app.); and the autonomous vibration analysis algorithm that runs on the cloud.
Download the ABLE Handy S mobile application to your cell phone, sign up, pair with the ABLE Sensor via Bluetooth, and connect your phone to the internet. That’s all ABLE Handy S needs to turn your smartphone into a new generation, portable, smart vibrometer with auto-diagnostic features.
ABLE Handy S provides you with trends for overall vibration levels and bearing fault levels, velocity spectra, bearing spectra versus fault frequencies, and auto-diagnoses imbalance, misalignment, and looseness.
With its features for registering equipment data, creating routes, and tracking trends in previous data, ABLE Handy S is highly practical for users who want to smoothly implement vibration analysis applications in their factories.
Unlike any other, ABLE Handy S can detect inner race, outer race, and rolling element faults separately and track the fault trends individually over time. This allows the user to decide and schedule the maintenance action with great precision.
Thanks to our algorithmic capabilities, ABLE Handy S can be used on slowly rotating machinery as low as 2 rpm.
Being the firstborn of the ABLE family, ABLE Handy S aims to make predictive maintenance accessible, understandable, and affordable for every maintenance team around the world!
