ABLE System is an online machine health monitoring solution for predictive maintenance, backed by an academically proven autonomous vibration analysis algorithm that runs on cloud.

ABLE System is built on four elements; wireless, tri-axial vibration sensors, the ABLE Sensor's; a gateway for sensor-to-cloud communication, the ABLE Gateway; academically the most advanced cloud-based vibration analysis algorithm; and a web-based user interface, the ABLE Monitor.

Mount the ABLE Sensors to your critical machines via our mounting pads or mounting studs; place the ABLE Gateway to an appropriate distance from the sensors and connect the gateway to internet for sensor-to-cloud communication. That's all you need to get your critical machinery monitored 24/7, autonomously.

ABLE Sensors collect 3-axial vibration as well as temperature data and transmit to ABLE Gateway. ABLE Gateway pushes the raw data to cloud, to be analyzed by the autonomous vibration analysis algorithm in our servers; the data is analyzed within seconds, without any human intervention and results appear on your account on the web-based user interface, the ABLE Monitor.

Thanks to the algorithmic capabilities of ABLE Technology; ABLE System can be used at very slowly rotating machines, as low as 6 rpm.
